Powered by patented lithium-ion batteries and direct drive wheels, the Black Line (B1) Robot operates around the clock, redefining “speedy delivery.”

R5 Robot
The R5 robots are known for their impressive speed, boasting a top speed of 3.1 m/s and a lift speed of 1.6 m/s. Beyond their reliability, R5 Robots are highly energy-efficient, reducing operating costs and contributing to sustainable operations. Their integrated batteries and Grid-based chargers ensure continuous operation without interruptions.

R5+ Robot
The R5+ Robot builds upon the legacy of the R5 Robot, offering enhanced capabilities and extra capacity. These robots are specifically designed to handle all three AutoStore Bin sizes, including the tallest 425 mm Bin. With a similar top speed of 3.1 m/s and lift speed of 1.6 m/s, R5+ Robots are just as the R5 known for their exceptional performance and are highly energy-efficient.
Enhanced Capacity:
Similar to the R5 but slightly taller with dimensions of 963 mm (SDG) / 988 mm (DDG) x 700 mm x 645 mm.
Versatile Bin Options:
Supports 220, 330, and 425 mm bins, offering more flexibility.
Consistent Performance:
Maintains a speed of 3.1 m/s (11 km/h) and acceleration of 0.8 m/s².
Reliable in Various Conditions:
Operates in the same temperature range as the R5 (+2 °C to +35 °C).
R5 Pro Robot
The R5 Pro is tailored for large-scale, uninterupted multishift fulfillment operations as it is capable to charge with a maximum current of 100 A. Its optimized routing enhances the system productivity.
Advanced Technology:
Features dimensions of 963 mm (SDG) / 988 mm (DDG) x 700 mm x 539 mm, with a slightly more compact height.
Superior Battery:
Utilizes a Toshiba Battery SIP 24-23, FP01101MCB01A (24 V / 556 Wh) for enhanced power management.
High Charging Efficiency:
Max charge current of 100 A allows for quicker recharging.
Optimal Operating Temperature:
Functions efficiently in a temperature range of +1 °C to +35 °C.
Enhanced Control:
Equipped with a more advanced operator panel featuring multi-color Status LED and error status LEDs.
R5+ Pro Robot
The R5+ Pro is similar to the R5 Pro, but is specifically designed to handle all three AutoStore Bin sizes, including the tallest 425 mm Bin.
Maximum Versatility:
Combines the features of the R5 Pro with support for all bin sizes (220, 330, and 425 mm), and dimensions of 963 mm (SDG) / 988 mm (DDG) x 700 mm x 639 mm.
Heavy-Duty Performance:
Can handle weights up to 180 kg (SDG) / 187 kg (DDG) with max load.
High Efficiency:
Similar to the R5 Pro, it uses a Toshiba Battery SIP 24-23, FP01101MCB01A, and supports high charge currents of up to 100 A.
Superior Operating Range:
Operates in a wide temperature range of +1 °C to +35 °C, making it suitable for various environments.
Advanced Features: Includes a sophisticated operator panel with multi-color Status LED and error status LEDs, ensuring better control and monitoring
B1 Robot
The AutoStore B1 Robot is a compact and agile warehouse robot designed to optimize storage and performance. With its slim design it’s capable to carry bins within the robot body, accommodating a taller bins (up to 425 mm) and excels in speed, boasting a top speed of 4 m/s and rapid acceleration at 1.4 m/s². What sets the B1 apart is its 24/7 operational capability, seamlessly swapping batteries in just 30 seconds when needed. Powered by lithium-ion batteries, the B1 Robot offers efficient and reliable performance in demanding warehouse environments.
Compact Design:
With dimensions of 642 mm x 701 mm x 815 mm, the B1 is perfect for warehouses with limited space.
Lightweight:
Weighing only 98 kg with batteries, it is the lightest among the AutoStore robots.
High Speed:
Travels at 4 m/s (14.4 km/h), making it the fastest robot in the lineup.
Wide Temperature Range:
Operates efficiently in a storage temperature range of -25 °C to +55 °C and an operating temperature range of +12 °C to +35 °C.
Versatile Bin Support:

Rent a Robot
We are the first ones to rent AutoStore robots, in order to enable our customers to selectively increase the performance of their systems, during seasonal peaks. Optional takeover of the robot(s) after the rental period is also possible.
- The rental prices are staggered based on number and rental-period.
- The AutoStore license fee is included in the Rent a Robot package price.
- The regular maintenance costs, as well as eventual repair costs of the
- robots are included in the package price.
- We can insure a very fast delivery to our customers, within days from the order signing.
Our customers can now also use the rental program to properly manage their order fulfillment during system-expansions
