We’re excited to announce the successful go-live of our AMR-sorting system at Lyreco, bringing Next Level Warehousing to parcel distribution in Switzerland.

Designed to excel in simplicity and seamlessly integrated into the operational environment, our AMR-sorting solution is a major step forward for Lyreco.

What makes this solution unique?

• Smart conveyors with advanced scanning and weighing
• 31 Geek+ S20CA robots, sorting up to 1,200 packages per hour
• 66 sorting locations across two levels for optimized flow
• Direct infeed of pre-packed parcels at conveyor
• Standard flow racks with real-time “lane full” notifications
• No modifications needed to existing WMS, ensuring a smooth implementation.
• Dynamic route adjustments, for maximum flexibility and efficiency.

Enhancing Distribution Efficiency

Lyreco needed a solution to handle finer distribution demands in Switzerland. This system not only provides more sorting locations and larger buffers but also reduces workload, minimizes errors, and significantly improves ergonomics.
