You dare to make decisions and take responsibility. Do you like working for our national and international customers? Then we would like to meet you as our new Project Manager.

What will you do?

As a Project Manager at Lalesse Logistic Solutions you take care of the complete implementation of multiple logistics projects in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, as well as in other European countries. You are commercially, technically, financially and administratively responsible for one or more projects simultaneously. Together with your multidisciplinary project team, you will lead a project from engineering, through the supply, on-site installation and commissioning phases to the successful delivery to the customer.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build, organize and motivate multidisciplinary project teams;
  • Successfully lead the project through the phases of sales, engineering, execution, test, delivery and service phase;
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders;
  • Profit & Loss;
  • Contract management;
  • Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

This varies from robust, automated pallet storage to fully automated goods-to-person solutions using the advanced AutoStore system.

Lalesse Logistic Solutions and AM Logistic Solutions from Germany are part of the Reesink Logistic Solutions division. This division is part of the Royal Reesink Group. This means that we have a strong and investment-friendly group behind us.

In the position of Project Manager you will report to the Manager Projects. You are part of the Project Management department and work closely with Site Supervisors, Sales Engineers, (Electrical) Project Engineers and Software Engineers, among others.

This is you

  • A college degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering;
  • A minimum of 5 years successful experience in project management for system solutions;
  • Construction, logistics, legal and business economical knowledge, especially in the field of transport and storage systems;
  • A good command of the Dutch-, English- and preferably, German language;
  • A self-starter and team leader, you have initiative, know how to give direction, motivate and support others;
  • A communicative/political and customer-oriented colleague, even in situations of high workload you keep your head cool and continuously makes the right balance between organization and customer interests;
  • Finally, you are flexible, honest, open and have a pragmatic attitude. In short, what you see is what you get.
